SHIPPING TIME ON ONLINE ORDERS

Team stores are produced at the close of the online order window, orders are collected and then put into production when the window to place the orders is closed. Orders are typically produced in 10-12 working days, roughly 2-3 weeks from that time, then packaged by order and set for delivery, pick up, or shipped at that time. Order production time varies based on the order, work load, and production schedule, decoration, and other factors like manufacturer stock and availability. Full Custom, cut and sew, products can take up to 12 weeks for production.

ONLINE CATALOG E-COM Purchases

Orders from our online catalog that select local pick up will be notified when the order is ready. Orders that select a specifc shipping method and time frame will get a tracking number when your order is scheduled for shipment.

Please note that our normal business hours are Monday Through Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 9am-6pm.

Online orders are processed during those times. Orders can take up to 3 business days to process from the time of order. Online order shipping options are how you would like the order shipped, once the order is picked and ready to go. Selecting NEXT DAY AIR does not guarantee your order will go out the next day, it is simply when it goes out it will go at the speed selected. We do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them, but due to the demand orders are processed on a first come first serve basis.

If there are an discrepancies, sizes changes, etc please call the store and request AARON during business hours (MONDAY-FRIDAY between 10am-6pm) CHANGES CAN ONLY BE MADE BEFORE THE ORDER WINDOW CLOSES. AND the order goes into production.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PRINTED GOODS.

ONLINE Cancellation,Returns and Refund Policies:

*Cancellations can only be made prior to the order being processed. Once an order has been processed, the order falls under our return policy.

*Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns can only be made on unused, unopened, unprinted items. To return items, email [email protected] stating your reason for the return no later than 2 weeks of receipt of your order. We will contact you in regards to your request. If we believe your item meets the requirements of a return good, you will be provided a Return Authorization number to reference your return. Once we receive the item and inspect it you will be issued a refund less the 25% restocking fee if it the item(s) returned are in returnable/good condition. Shipping is non-refundable.

CUSTOMERS MUST GET AN RA# BEFORE SHIPPING ITEMS BACK. ITEMS SHIPPED BACK WITHOUT AN RA# WILL BE FORFEITED.

*Refunds will be made back to the payment method provided at the time of order.
